I've been eating a lot of trail mix (I like Trader Joe's Happy Trekking - it has almonds, cashews, pistachios, chocolate chips, and dried cranberries and cherries), and I usually bring in an apple or pear. String cheese and yogurt are good options, too.
I'm not going to lie, I also eat a lot of M&Ms, but that's probably not the sort of suggestion you're looking for...
What about carrot chips/baby carrots and hummus? That's my go to when I really snacky in the afternoons and just want to eat a lot of something. I also buy those big containers of presliced apples at sams.
Protein always helps so full fat yogurt, string cheese, or a handful of nuts (but I tend to want a lot more than just a handful so I have to be careful with nuts.)

When I was pregnant with my DS2, I was hungry all the time but wanted protein and produce like crazy. I loved to have a Babybel cheese with apple slices as a snack. It was a good combo of fruit (with fiber), protein, and calcium. I also really liked to make yogurt parfaits with plain, nonfat Greek yogurt, frozen fruit (like berries), and Bear Naked granola which I would keep in my desk drawer. Very filling and yummy.
Am I the only person who can't eat a reasonable portion of trail mix? It would be fewer calories if I raided the snack box in our break room for peanut butter m&ms and a bag of chips, haha.

Yeah this is why I don't buy nuts lol. I'll eat 2000 calories worth in a day, easy. And if I'm going to do that, I'd rather eat that entire bag of Doritos. Which I also can't buy for that reason lol.
I had a drawer just dedicated to food when I was pregnant My snack everyday at 10 am was sliced cucumber and dorothy lynch. I always kept fruit cups (I don't mind room temp), oatmeal packets, special k bars, fiber one bars, mixed nuts, graham crackers, candy, popcorn, Belvita in my drawer. Cold stuff I ate was fruit, veggies or pretzals with hummus/dip, and string cheese.

I have a drawer dedicated to food even when I'm not pregnant.
I keep luna protein bars and kind bars around. Especially the dark chocolate cherry kind bar bc it tastes like dessert when I'm craving it in the afternoon.
I also bring pre-portioned cheese with pretzel thins, almonds, and dried fruit.
However, like jenn248 I've been eating a ton of m&ms. Peanut though, which I justify as protein. lol

I bring trail mix and grapes with me although it isn't enough. I need to go grocery shopping really bad! I always eat an apple on the way home. Glad to read through this thread and make my shopping list!
Trail mix, popcorn, string cheese, mini bell peppers, veggies and dip. I have a mini fridge left in my office from my pumping days and now I just stock it with food.

I try to do a protein and carb. So I'll have a cheese stick (we get big bags at Costco) and a banana, or a hard boiled egg and some grapes, or a bag of nuts with a mini bag of m&ms (aka homemade trail mix). Mix and match.
