I don't understand why they keep starting the film series over. Ugh just pick a new villain and let Spidey do his thing and then join the Avengers. Done and done

Previously that was because Sony owned the Spider-Man franchise and Marvel/Disney had everyone else -- that's what kept Spider-Man out of the MCU.  Now, though, I'm not sure what the hang-up is, because apparently they reached a deal for crossovers.

But, I totally KWYM.  I was looking for this Tumblr post I saw and can't find it, but it basically said, "If I have to see Uncle Ben one more time I'll kill that motherf*cker myself."

Haha I get why they keep rebooting Spider-man I just don't get why they keep having to redo the origin story. There are so many comic story lines we don't need to see Uncle Ben die again and again.
