I just need some hugs today

It's been a rough Summer so far. DS is off his routine, which as you all know with ASD is just the worst. We've had so many meltdowns these last few weeks. He is often just beside himself he is so upset. I'm having a rough time coping right now.

I know things will get better. There are always highs and lows with ASD. I guess I just need some reassurance from others who get it.
