I had a great time on my friend date last night, we ended up staying out and getting drinks till like 11pm. Not much else going on today. I just signed up for barre classes again and that's my biggest news.

@uwhuskygirl we were expecting it to come back normal. I'd rather have it this way then something else so it's all good.
Today is actually a pretty chill day except that I think h came down with what bkb had. So I'm probably going to have to take her to school today. Need to take iteasy for my super long day tomorrow.

You guys, I finally got a reasonable amount of sleep. The four days Tman was gone my sleep went from almost 8 hours before he left to night 1- 5 hours 45 minutes, 5 hours 16 minutes, 4 hours 43 minutes, and 4 hours 5 minutes according to FitBit. I don't think it was actually because he was gone, I think it's because of this dumb cough that only seems to come on at night. ANYWAY, last night was pretty sweet. I wish that I could have slept in, but (broken record) the dogs!
We are going camping this afternoon. Hot, but I'll take it over camping in the cold/rain. BUT, you guys, my body hates me. I started my period last night - five days early. I'm going to pump myself with ibuprofen and pray that it's light this month. At least we are going to a state park and there are actual bathrooms and showers.
I need to get some work done before we go and that's the day.

DD had a great time a Dland! My mom tried to record her reading the sign when she realized where they were going, DD broke into huge happy tears...but my mom's phone didn't record. Bummer! They said it was disgustingly hot, but they still had a great time. They were there for about 13 hours - long day for sure!
We're going to the bar for drinks/bar food and to play darts tonight after work. Should be fun!
So looking forward to starting this weekend! I have a long run to knock out in the morning. H and I are attempting to buy those paddle boards from the Amazon treasure truck and I'm sure it will be a cluster but hopefully worth it. We have a wedding reception to go to Saturday night. H's birthday is Sunday. And it's going to be hot and sunny. Yay!

Looking forward to a fun weekend. Long run and then berry picking tomorrow, followed by dinner with C's family (SIL is still in town). Should be a hoot, with the latest ruling on marriage equality
Still hoping to take the kids to the parade on Sunday, but I'm not sure if we'll make it over. We may have to deal with cabinet remodel work, instead.
WHY IS IT SO HOT?!?! Don't they know this is why I moved here?!

that is so fun! we tried to surprise Tman the first time we went to DL, but he had never really heard of it, so when he saw the sign, he didn't know what it was. Rather anti-climatic. And you can't really see any of the ride from outside.
I'm glad she had an awesome time - what a great memory.
Headed to Portland today for a paddling race, h will be meeting me down there tomorrow and then well stay overnight for a friends birthday celebrations. Just running errands this am and getting everything squared away.,

TGIF! Going through my FB feed this morning was a pleasant experience this morning. I'm glad the SCOTUS ruled in the favor of civil rights! So far :::knock on wood::: I haven't seen anything negative on the ruling on FB.
After work, I'll be meeting H, some of his CWs, and Conan for HH at a dog-friendly pub. I'm not sure what we'll be up to this weekend, just try to survive the heat!
Went to the gym last night for church group and biked for 30 min. Then went to the gym. Packed my clothes for the gym tonight after work. Taking my dad to the airport early tomorrow morning, so I'm hoping to catch some gym time afterwards. We hope to hit up the Greenwood car show early in the day. Then concert tomorrow night. Sunday, I'm spending a much needed "me by myself" day.
My head space is just all out of whack, despite all the great things going on right now. Hence all the gym sessions, the yoga classes that I can go to do not work out with the times I can go, unfortunately so biking at the gym it is. I might try to squeeze in an acupuncture session.
TGIF! Gotta try to beat the heat this weekend. E was a screaming mess last night. Will probably go on my dad's boat. I'm also starting 30/10. Anyone heard of it? It's a crazy expensive diet that has worked for a lot of my ppl I know & my mom is paying.
Happy Friday!! Happy Marriage for EVERYONE Day!!! I'm PMSing which means night sweats and hyper sensitivity to sound so i'm actually wearing earplugs at work so I don't go ballistic on people for having stupid voices. Had the lowest of success at the mall last night (managed to get a questionable exchange made at Express but didn't find a lightweight regular length short sleeve cardigan that i could wear for work). Camped out in the a/c bedroom and read until about 11pm.
Not sure what's on the docket for tonight. Tomorrow is our FIFTH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY!! I can't believe it, time is so bizarre. I might see if i can get my hair did in the morning. We have old people dinner reservations at La Spiga at 5pm BUT its because we have tickets to some kind of murder mystery interactive thing that starts at 7:30 so we wanted time to luxuriate in the meal without feeling stressed. Sunday, H leaves early and is taking the ECS bus down to Portland for the Sounders game. Not sure what i'll do..probably squander my day
Good morning. We are already hanging out outside for the day before we need to lock ourselves into the house with all the fans going. I am praying to have a baby this weekend, maybe Sunday because I want to go to Costco tomorrow and get my giant ice cream swirl cup.
I've been totally MIA - maybe this will shed a little light.
Our house went on the market yesterday - we bought a pre-construction home about 3 miles down the road from where we are currently at. We are absolutely exhausted from purging, cleaning, and getting it staged.
I am so glad it's Friday. MIL/FIL are having us over for dinner so we don't have to cook in our pristine kitchen and hopefully there will be a showing.
The only negative is we totally expect our house to sell in the next week, and our new house won't be done until December, so we need to figure out a temporary living situation. ILs said we could move in with them, but MIL is allergic to Riley, so we would need to find her a friend to stay w/ for a few months.... Stressful, but good stressful

OMG! This is awesome!! Congrats! Are you buying with the same builder? If you're up to PM the deets, I'd love to see!

I have a rant: I just got home from work early because I came down with the same stomach bug h and bkb has. I rush home andpick up bkb from school all while trying not to barf in the car. I call h and ask him if I should call my parents a nd have them get h since both of us are sick. H says yes and he can barely get out of bed.
Well I get home. He seems just fine walking around watching soccer. so I'm entertaining bkb trying not to barf. Urchin men.
