I'm looking to add a few new cookbooks to my shelves and was hoping some of you would have an opinion on Juli Bauer's books (love her blog) and the Well Fed cookbooks?
My current favorites are the 2 Against All Grain books.
JB's books have both been disappointments for me, unfortunately. She has a lot of treat/special things where she really paleofies non paleo foods and that's just not my thing. I want a cookbook with protein and vegetable recipes I can make during the week.

I'll add WF & WF2 to my Amazon cart
It's a shame about JB's books but if you eat plantains her mashed plantains (from Her website) are outstanding with NOM Nom paleo's Kalua pork.
love, love, love well fed and well fed 2. I would be looking into the whole 30 cookbook that just published recently as well as cookbooks from the domestic man

I have this and so far it's been pretty good. I've only cooked a couple things out of it, but I have referenced it quite a bit when I have a question about whether something is compliant or not.

I want to completely ditto what wambam said. Well Fed is a great, practical book and guide. I was disappointed with the one JB book I have because it seems like improvisations of food that isn't Paleo.
