There's a couple that I'm friends with on Facebook. They've been dating 3-4 months and they just got engaged this weekend! Her story is like mine. Was married to a drug addict and they have 2 kids. He's uninvolved. It seems a little soon but if they're happy I'm happy for them. they're both good people.

I had gfs over for a potluck last night for my bday. I love my friends! One got me a shirt that said "pick up trucks, country music and Cowboys". Too funny!

3-4 months definitely seems very fast, especially with children involved. Good luck to them.

I joined e-harmony about 2 weeks ago and paid for the 6 month membership. I have regrets. I much prefer OkCupid. Oh well, now I know.

I've been applying to jobs like crazy and reaching out to my network, I hope something comes up soon!

I am getting my nails done and sushi with a friend tonight and then maybe going to hang out with a guy I had a date with a week or so ago. Another friend and I are thinking about getting a house off of airbnb in Miami and hanging out there for Fri-Sun. Do some beach, some night clubs, and just whatever else around the city.

Did a presentation this morning and now to coast through the rest of my week. Dinner tonight out with the H to celebrate our July 4th wedding anniversary. We have to attend a wedding on Saturday and I still wanted a dinner out so WE CELEBRATE EARLY AND ALL WEEK LONG!

I made it to a 6am yoga class this morning. Tonite I'm meeting a friend and her pup. Need to get some work done in between.

I turned in my resignation for my current job and let me new boss know my start date for my new job! Now I need to clean my apartment and organize some stuff, but at the moment I'm chilling out on my bed with my cat on my lap, lol.

I can finally post again. Firefox and my laptop were giving me issues for the past week and every single webpage was crashing on me.

I cleaned my fan today and put new sheets on my bed. I love the clearance section at Target

ITA; I hope it all works out though, ya know?  I'm happy for them but it is quite fast, IMO.
