Work let's us out 2 hours early the day before a holiday (we have tomorrow off for the 4th on Saturday). A friend of mine and me will be heading downtown to Canalside and a new local restaurant before heading over to see NKOTB!!! I'm excited to see them- I definitely need this today! I'm my sure how good our seats are, but I'll see if I can get some decent pics.

I'm not sure if we are able to leave early today or not. The answer is probably not.
Tomorrow I'm heading down to renfaire site and spending time with friends to de-stress from the horror this week has been

I am flying out to Wisconsin tomorrow with my whole family (kids, my parents, my sis and her family). We will be visiting our family out there and I am so excited! I haven't been there since I was a kid. I just hope my youngest does well on the plane.

I've been stuck on the tarmack for an hour and a half and just now is the plan back at the gate for "maintenance" awesome.

I'm catching up on work stuff before getting in the pool with my niece. Later I need to prep for the four shoots I have this weekend. Tonight we're going to see my brother, SIL, and the kids bc they just got back from vacation and I miss their faces!

My sister and BIL are going to announce her pregnancy to them, I'm excited to see the kids' reaction!

my work sucks! I have to work tomorrow and Saturday. The only good thing I guess is that I get a floating holiday to use when I want. But really who do they think is going to come into a school on a Saturday let alone 4th of July!

And I have a first date with a new guy tonight. He's very good on paper so I hope we hit it off! We're going to dinner at a nice restaurant... But first, a nap

prettipenny hope you have fun. That's where I am. By the big lake. If you live in a warm area make sure to bring a sweatshirt and or coat. It's been so cold at night. Not the warmest summer but the weather has been nice.

I had therapy today. Then went shopping at BBW. I bought a some candles and a few bath products. Spent $32 for $160 worth of things. Yay sale and coupons.

My office closes early today and since I have a horrible commute on holiday weekends, I am working from home.

The kids are at their summer daycare program and told me not to pick them up til 4pm, yay for time alone! I went for a run and have been sitting on the couch since.

There's a set of construction workers who eat their lunch by my favorite Mexican to-go place ... total eye candy and about oh 10 years younger than me !

Oh definitely a break from the heat!!! It's nice during the day but as the sunsets it's getting so chilly. I haven't changed my bedding from Winter even. No a/c turned on yet either. Lol!

Worked today, then came home and basically snarfed down some food.

I am so close to doing a mass overhaul on my Facebook. I am exhausted by posts from ignorant people who have no idea what they're talking about.

turdferguson I wrote a paper on CBT during my MA program -- it's my favorite kind of therapy! This gives a pretty good overview: psychcentral.com/lib/in-depth-cognitive-behavioral-therapy/ I like it because it's very goal oriented.
