Cayman Islands or St. Martin?

DH and I want to take a 4 night 5 day getaway in late Oct. early Nov.
I was thinking Grand Cayman or St. Martin because both of them I can get nonstop flights too with fairly quick flights from Charlotte. Also I will be about 22-24 weeks pregnant and don't want to go somewhere that is difficult to get too. Both islands are easy to get around and quick to get to the hotel. We would probably rent a car on either place. We want a place we can relax and go to nice restaurants.
We have been to both on cruise stops, but never stayed on either.

We have been to both and love Grand Cayman...not a huge fan of St. M

I've never been to the Cayman Islands but went to St. Martin on a cruise and we loved it. The beaches were very nice and I liked that there was a different vibe to the French and Dutch sides of the island. I've heard good things about the food there also.

We stayed at the Ritz the last time we were there and while it was nice we liked
some other places better

The Marriot was nice too

I think you can also fly direct to Turks & Caicos from Charlotte - nice island. I've yet to go to GC or SM, but from the research I've done, GC seems a bit more Americanized than SM. Better snorkeling in GC, however.

Go to the French side of St Martin. I don't care for the Dutch side, but Grand Case is heavenly.
