I'm eligible for an upgrade and therefore I am thinking about switching. I currently have the LG Ally Android. I've always had an LG (prior it was the EnV 2) and really like them but am willing to branch out.
I don't think I'm interested in an iPhone but I guess it would depend on how much more expensive one would be (I don't need the newest and fanciest).
So what phone do you have or what phone are you currently longing for?
iPhone and I  it. I have the older 4 (not 4S) model and it is fine. I had just gotten the 4 when the 4S came out. The 4S has a better camera and has Siri (voice activated which can be hit or miss - L has it and it often can pick up what she is saying, but I am blaming her accent .) The new 5 is supposed to be announced next month - and it supposed to be a whole new design.

Don't laugh--I have a bulky and heavy LG Doubleplay. I like the slide out keyboard, but it takes lousy photos and did I say it was heavy? I would like the new Galaxy.
I have the new iPhone and I love, love, love it. It takes amazing pictures, videos, has all my music, etc. I can't imagine living without it, as sad as that is.. But I am a huge Apple/iPod user so it goes with the rest of my life.

I've had my iPhone for 3 years. I don't think I'll ever have a different phone. Nicely built, easy features, tons to use, thousands of apps, and nothing complicated about it. I LOVE it

The new Samsung Galaxy is getting amazing reviews. Right now it is the leading contender.

We both have iPhones. I have the newest one (4S) and C has the 4. We usually stagger our upgrades and each take turns getting the new one. I'm excited for the new version coming out. I think phones are so subjective, but best of luck deciding what's best for you.
I don't think my phone actually has a name - unless you call "older than hell pieceofshit brick non-smartphone for poor people" a phone name.
Please get an iphone so I can live vicariously through you. I want a smartphone so badly it hurts. It's the trade-off I have to make for deciding I wanted to go back to school. Oh, and living in a 2 grad student household.
I have the Droid 3 or 4, whatever the newest one is. I like it overall (upgraded from the original Droid). I mostly picked it because it was the only decent option with a slide out keyboard.
