I'm looking at hotels in North Wales.  Check out the reviews on this gem. www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g190724-d1656712-Reviews-The_Alexandra_Hotel-Llandudno_Conwy_County_North_Wales_Wales.html

The manager of the hotel has gone on to every negative review (and many positive reviews that have even the slightest criticism) with smart ass responses, sometimes even calling the guests stupid. I cannot believe Trip Advisor hasn't taken them down. What a psycho.

Omg that is hilariously terrible. The manager needs to be introduced to periods (among other things). They end sentences better than commas.

I love the fact that the manager even chastises people who give it 4 stars! They say all this good stuff, and then management goes on and on about the one or two negative things that were mentioned. So you end up only remembering the bad thing!

Maybe they're actually trying to sabotage the place so they can declare bankruptcy or something.

Look at any of the Average or worse reviews and their replies... Esp the reply to the woman who couldn't sleep because of the mattress!!

I know there are excellent reviews but his reaction to bad ones is something else

I just don't understand. I work retail, and some of the complaints I get...yeah, sure I want to reply like these people do. I'd love to essentially tell every rude or even slightly annoying customer to just fuck off. But I don't because, well, duh. I think that their responses are a lot more telling than the negative reviews.

Ha! I can't find it now either! Maybe it was taken down because there was a lot of discussion and the reviews and Joe's comments on another discussion board.
Anyway, Joe put her not liking the mattress down to the fact she was heavily pregnant, which she hadn't mentioned in her review!! And then wished her luck with the lack of sleep whenever the baby arrived....
