New shows for fall?

What new shows are you excited for this fall? I really have no idea what is coming up and don't want to miss the beginning of something fabulous.

I'm looking forward to Connie Britton's new show Nashville on ABC.

The Mindy Project on Fox looks good and I might give Revolution a try.

Other than that, nothing else has really piqued my interest as of yet which is a good thing b/c i'm tired of shows I actually like getting cancelled.

There's a show called Elementary on CBS, which us an updated, Americanized Sherlock Holmes. Might be worth a try.

I may try Chicago Fire b/c I like Jesse Spencer. Also might try 666 and I may give Reba's new show a try b/c I love her but I don't have high hopes for it.

Maybe it's just me but the fall crop of new shows looks pretty weak this year. I'll have to wait for the critics to weigh in and see if there's any new shows worth picking up.

I'm looking forward to The Mindy Project. Although Fox's overselling of the show makes me fear that it's not that good.

Elementary! That's one I was missing. I don't see any way it can compare to Sherlock, but it might help distract me until season 3 airs in the US.

666 Park Avenue, Nashville, Revenge, and Vampire Diaries.

I feel like I don't know about a lot of new fall shows yet. Anything is better than awful summer tv.

If you have Comcast OnDemand you can watch the pilots of the NBC shows. I watched Go On, Ben and Kate, New Normal, and the Mindy Project. I LOVED the Mindy project. The pilot was like the opening of a good Rom Com. New Normal was good, Ben and Kate was okay. I will need more time to decide on Go On, but there will probably be lots of pro athlete cameos.

I watched the pilots for New Normal and Mindy Project, and liked them both. I definitely want to keep watching New Normal!

i will watch nashville but will wait for positive reviews from critics before I tune into anything else. I'm sure many shows will hit the chopping block before mid-october!
