LOL. I've seen this idea on Pinterest, and I've seen storage boxes like this in furniture stores that use faux book fronts. I don't think the idea is necessarily that outlandish, but somehow the combo of it being Lauren Conrad doing this to Lemony Snicket books is hilarious.

How is it any different from people making purses out of books where they cut out a section inside of the pages for a place for items?

Though I can understand the combo of Lauren Conrad and destroying books. Flamey confession- I think it's kinda neat looking.

I don't mind someone using a book they've purchased for a craft project assuming it isn't a rare book. I just think it's funny that it's LC.
