How hard is penny round to install?

DH and I are looking for bathroom floor tile. We likes a beautiful penny round, but I am worried about installing them. Should we even attempt it? I've heard horror stories.
Our 2nd choice is hex. Is that easier?

I just watched someone install penny rounds on Yard Crashers on HGTV, it came in sheets of like, 12x12 and they did like, 60 square feet in an hour.
