I have twins and I'm making my own baby food (like I did with DD) and one seems fine with purees and mashed up foods and the other wants little to do with them. I haven't done a lot, just bananas, avocados, acorn squash and sweet potatoes. I have some peaches I was going to try next.
Any suggestions on next steps or other foods to try?
Even at almost 11 months my dd won't let me spoon feed her. We did a lot of steamed veggies and cucumber slices apple slices bananas sweet potatoes. Then shredded chicken and meatballs
My twins took almost 2 months before they were really into it. I just kept trying. Finally about 8 months it clicked and I was able to start doing lunch. Their favs were squash, sweet potato, and pears in the beginning. Some things like peas and carrotts they never liked. But I'll buy a bag of frozen peas, green beans, and carrots - steam and puree it and they like it. Brocolli cauliflower and carrot they enjoy. I also did canned pumpkin, peaches, and cinnamon and they LOVE it. Just give it time. Neither of mine wanted finger foods so I just kept pushing purees and now they eat more.

DS #2 never went for purees. He liked being able to hold his food and feed himself. We did a lot of Mum Mums, beans, pasta, steamed veggies, and shredded chicken.

DD1 did a mix of purees and BLW because daycare was a little wary of BLW. DD2 wasn't having anything to do with purees, so we ditched them and just went to BLW exclusively. Daycare was more experienced with it so they didn't give any push back and I didn't have to make another puree again. Purely anecdotal, but DD2 is my really good vegetable eater.

DD never liked purees. We ended up giving them all to a friend who had a baby a few months after we did! She didn't actually eat any solids until about 8 months, and then she basically ate whatever we did. We just cut everything into tiny pieces.

L wasn't a big puree fan. Sometimes daycare could get her to eat them by adding cereal to thicken the texture. We did lots of puffs, mum mums, beans and rice, Mac and cheese, shredded chicken and ham, then moved on from there. The only things she'll really let me spoon-feed her now, even, are yogurt and oatmeal.
OK thanks y'all, I guess I won't get my panties too wadded up about this and give them more time (they're 7 months old and taking solids for about 3 weeks).DD took to solids right away so this is different for me.
We tried the nectarines last night and they both seemed to like that. I need to get some more green things on the menu though.
