Used pop sugar and FoF to combat the utter dreariness this week has been. 'Scuse the crazier than normal hair. Tomorrow it's getting done. Woo!

First day all week that I've actually liked my makeup, I think.

Vice 3 (right column, dtf, Bobby dazzle to blend). Old Elf pink blush. Lips are combo of pinks. Hair is DAY 3 awesomeness, whoop!

Hi everyone! I was out of the FOTD for a few days thanks to a stye, but I'm happy to be back. Here's the past two days:



(Ignore my undone, drying hair)

Face: Rimmel Stay Matte Foundation and Powder, Tarte Amazonian Clay Bronzer in Park Ave Princess, Nyx Blush in Terra Cotta, eyebrows are filled in with ELF Brow Duo in Light and topped with MAC Brow Set in Girl Boy

Eyes: Jelly Pong 2-in-1 Eye Liner (color unknown...I used it as shadow and liner), Tarte Lights, Cameras, Lashes mascara

Lips: A mix of Wet N Wild lipstick in Java as lip liner, filled in with Nyx Butter lipstick in Pops, and topped with Lorac Lip Lustre Creme in Tiara



I can't remember much about this one other than on my lips is Urban Decay Revolution High-Color lip gloss in Bittersweet (Ipsy sample. The staying power was good on this but damn this is a sticky gloss...my lips actually clung to each other.) On my lower lids is Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Asphyxia

Face: I decided to try out Garnier BB Blur and I liked it. I think it was a good light coverage.  Milani powder, Ambient blush.

Eyes: I also used my new Makeup Revolution Iconic 1 palette - LOVE!  I guess it's like the Naked 1 palette.  And tried out the 17 HD mascara which worked well. Normal eye powder & brow gel.

Lips: Nars gloss

How are you liking the makeup revolution palettes? It looks like ulta is selling them.now and I was wondering how good they were.

racegrrl714, I really like every palette I've gotten from them. I have five at this point:

- Iconic 1 - beautiful & very similar to the Naked 1
- Mermaids v Unicorn - not my normal style but I love the brights
- What are you waiting for - a great neutral palette
- Naked Chocolate - I think it'll be a go to palette
-Ultra Blush & Contour in Sugar & Spice

While they are not as buttery and pigmented as more expensive palettes (other than the blush one - that has serious, and I mean serious, pigmentation), they are pigmented enough and there isn't a ton of fallout. I'm still playing with them, tbh.

Is it okay to share my Saturday FOTD here?

Face: Giorgio Armani luminous silk foundation, Bobbi Brown corrector, Hourglass Ambient lighting powders in Diffused and Dim lights, Ambient lighting blush in Mood Exposure.

Eyes: Naked Smoky! Dirtysweet on lid, Combust in crease, Whiskey on outer corner and blended in, a little Radar on the inner third blended into the crease (avoiding the inner corner), Thirteen on brow bone & inner corner, High in inner corners. Lined with MAC Teddy (including a little under the outer corner on the bottom). Mascara is Cover Girl Clump Crusher.

Lips: NARS Dolce Vita velvet matte lip pencil topped with Lipstick Queen Jean Queen lipstick.

Thank you! The Armani Luminous Silk + Hourglass Ambient Lighting powders do a great job of giving glow.
