Morning sickness Severe exhaustion Constipation
Add your own. What week did they show up?
With ds I think the symptoms showed up at 8 weeks but I can't remember for sure. This time I don't have any symptoms yet and I'm 6 weeks. Can't wait for the first doc appt for confirmation.

Last time I had really nothing that I can remember.
I'm only 6.5 weeks and I have had nausea, exhaustion, and food aversions for about 4-5 days. The only thing that helps me feel better is eating but I don't want to!

Dd1 and dd2, fatigue and mild food aversion started setting in at 8 weeks. No real other symptoms. My pregnancy with ds2 was very similar, but the fatigue hit around 5-6 weeks. With ds1 and dd3, queasiness and fatigue kicked in around 5 weeks, though it was more pronounced nausea with ds1. I felt like crap for a good 22 weeks. I had all sorts of digestive upset with dd3, and headaches until 17ish weeks. But it was otherwise a smooth pregnancy.
Exhaustion started around 5w and then the nausea at 6w on the dot. Everything disappeared at around 11w. I was never constipated. Not until after I delivered DS.
I was very bloated and my boobs hurt in the beginning - but that was from IVF and doing PIO shots. I never puked but had naseau and started feeling tired around 8 weeks. I pretty much slept every day after work until 2nd tri.
With both pregnancies, around 6 weeks is when the morning sickness started and the exhaustion hit around 10 weeks. Constipation was more of a second tri problem.
With Ds around 7 weeks. This time I wasn't even 5 weeks yet I think. Both times it was just nausea for a couple of weeks and then exhaustion until second tri or so.

Both of my pregnancies were very, very similar - No puking at all either time, 4-5 days of mild nausea throughout first tri with #1 but no nausea with #2, bowel/stomach issues with #2 during week 10 but that never happened with #1, no boob soreness either time either. For #2, I was tipped off to test when I started getting nosebleeds out of nowhere; that happened with #1 too but not until second tri. I was asleep by 7:30-8:00 pm both pregnancies around weeks 4-7.
I remember being really tired with all 3 from like weeks 5-10ish.
After that I was good for a long time. And didn't have really any of the usual symptoms. I did have a lot of cramping between weeks like 12-20ish I remember, but it wasn't anything awful.
Once in awhile I'd have a random smell aversion.
The end of my pregnancies were way worse. All the irrational emotions. So tired. So sore. So swelled (and I can't even blame the heat. One kid was born in October and like 30degrees. The other in a blizzard in February. DD in July and I think I was less swelled then). Everything hurt. I pretty much cried for a month straight.

All three pregnancies, my food aversions and intense sense of smell began about a week before getting a BFP, so anytime people bust out with, "If you're pregnant enough for symptoms, you're pregnant enough to get a BFP," I want to yell "Bullshit!" lol.
I was lucky enough that these were my main symptoms, though they remained throughout the pregnancy. I had evening sickness for awhile, and some insomnia. Around thirty weeks the swelling really started to get crazy, too.
It depends on how you count. Based on charting + how Hobbes measured at the dating u/s, I started feeling a little nausea and tiredness around 6 weeks (7 weeks by LMP), and the food aversions kicked in. From then to around 12-13 weeks it kept up, and was probably worst in weeks 8-11. I didn't work out at all in that stretch because half an hour on my bike meant I needed an hour nap, and I didn't have time for all that. It got a lot better after 13. Constipation has been worse in 2nd tri for me. I'm on the old lady Metamucil + high fiber foods diet.
With DD1, around 6 weeks (just in time for an international trip for work, which was awesome timing...). With this one, around 5 weeks - but I caught norovirus from DD1 and the nausea/exhaustion just kind of continued from there. The nausea lasted for a much shorter period this time around though; still working on the exhaustion part, but I think that's more from having a 2.5 y.o. than being pregnant The achiness started sooner with this one (I think I am carrying lower), as did the swelling (summer vs. winter pregnancy), but the reflux started later. Knock on wood, but constipation wasn't really an issue in either pregnancy.
