Team name help for employee engagement team

I don't understand what your team does. But going off of "employee engagement" I would go with NOLTS - No One Likes This Shit.

The team has a representative from each department. We have a huge budget to spend on the employees for food, makeup, team outings, fruit delivery and champagne. Our goal is to make work fun and keep the employees engaged.

divide your huge budget and give it to the employees. This team is a waste of money.

The goal of the team is help the employees connect with the brand and company values, feel appreciated and to have fun. Key words are laughter and fun.

ok, so take this with a grain of salt because i basically only put on under eye concealer and mascara and i work in manufacturing, but it seems like you maybe want to create buy in from employees. i would try and find a way to connect with the employees to show them what you want the brand to be, what the company wants to portray, and how getting familiar with the products can move them, and the company, forward. i suck at catch terms - "beyond beauty"??

Probably not what you are going for, but we have a similar committee at work and it is the Programs Committee. Their goal is to find ways to help our office feel more connected and make it feel like a great place to work. Last night there was a happy hour in the kitchen with beer, wine and a guest speaker. Sometimes they get us special classes at soul cycle so a bunch of us could go together. A surprise breakfast or afternoon snack...


I'd be just as happy with a bonus, but free chocolate croissants and permission to start drinking at 4pm are ok, too.
