I'm making an assumption here based on the info in your other post so if I'm wrong feel free to ignore me.
But tell your cousin to call up tricare and ask them to switch her to standard. She'll be able to see any civilian provider in network and the vast majority of her medical care will be covered. Some services require a co-pay but imo, the copay is worth it to avoid military doctors.
Some are great and that's all well and good but dude, I've been seeing military docs since I was a kid and the vast majority of them are jackwagons.
Oh and she should also contact the patient advocate at the clinic if possible and tell them she hates everyone's face up in that hot piece and she wants a civilian doc asap.
