I have some uber comfortable dr scholls sneakers. (shaddup, they're comfortable.) I also have a pair of crocs that look like converse called Hover, I think. (no, they don't look like crocs, I swear.)
I have a pair of Vans slip ons that I love, and I usually can be found wearing some asics, but not the running shoes, the casual ones like the onitsuka tigers.
I second Born. I got my first pair this summer--really cute sandals that are even comfortable enough to walk around in at an amusement park for 8 hours without hurting my feet.
Dansko's. They need to be broken in first, and fit differently than you may be used to, so make sure to wear them around first. They are the only shoe I could wear while working 12 hours shifts, while pregnant, and not feel like my feet were going to fall off at the end of the night.
They aren't high fashion, but they definitely are comfy.
And if you want a warm weather shoe, Dansko does make them, but I prefer a birkenstock. I don't wear them out now, but I just might next summer now that I live in a new hippie town. SHUT UP, YOU DON'T KNOW ME!!!
I have really bad feet that hurt a lot from years of wearing heels that didn't fit properly. My Clarks and Aerosoles are really comfortable and don't make my feet scream out in pain.
They look like this but in brown so you best not giggle lol
and my crocs look like this but yellow
Yes, I felt the need to defend them further. lol
I have the same Dr. Scholls in grey with blue trim and they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I've got quite a few compliments on them as well.
I'd recommend Clark's for sandals too. I have a few different styles and they are all super comfy.
