28 weeks as of tomorrow! And baby boy has definitely had a growth spurt in the last 3 weeks while I've been traveling. I don't feel huge yet, but when I see myself in pictures it's still a bit of a shock at how much belly I have now. And it's clearly apparent to all now because I got several comments on being pregnant from airline employees while traveling yesterday.
I'm finally back from Spain, but not technically home yet. I'm staying 2 more days at my parents because my BFF and mom are throwing me a baby shower tomorrow. I'm excited, mostly because this will be my last chance to see my close friends and family before we move overseas.
Speaking of that, holy shit guys, I move to Germany in a month! It's kind of hitting me how little time there is between now and then and how much there is to do before hand! And after the long tiring transatlantic flight yesterday, I'm semi dreading doing that all over again at 33 weeks. I can do this, I can do this...
I love seeing your pics on Instagram. You look great, and yes your bump had grown since your first Spain pic. And I love all the jumping pics.
Aww thanks It kind of amused me when I shared the first jumping one, someone on FB got a little judgy because she thought I really was jumping still. (Which I didn't, I just pretended.) I'm just good at making it look like I still jumped with them. My sister, brother and I do those on every vacation, and I wanted to be a part of it still anyways just a fun little tradition we started several years ago.
I JUST got the 22q results back, and they were NORMAL!!! We got through another hurdle! It'll be another week for the full karyotyping. The midwife said they don't expect there to be a problem, but I think we'll hold off on telling the masses until we get those results. I was so happy/flustered (fluspy?) I forgot to ask about the sex. Oh well, we can always ask after the karyotyping.

Wonderful news loira!! I'm so glad everything is coming back ok!
I had my first u/s on Friday (5w1d) and they saw the sac and yolk sac. I have another u/s this coming Friday so I hope to see a hb.
I have some symptoms - exhaustion, cramping off and on, and sore boobs. I am so scared though! I keep thinking back to my first pregnancy when I m/c at 8 weeks and how I was scared my entire pregnancy with my dd. I hate having these feelings. I keep telling myself I am doing everything I can so anything else is out of my hands. I wish I could fast forward at least 4-6 weeks.
Anyway, I am off to acupuncture now and it's my first appt since my BFP. I may just hug him

I've been a little mia the past week (here and IRL), our family dog died unexpectedly on Tuesday and then we spent the weekend with the in-laws as DH's grandma is having a mastectomy today.
We're having our NT scan on Wed and I'm pretty excited! Can't wait to see the little bean and ready to tell everyone. We told our parents last week and our employers (who are all so supportive).
Ugh, maryellen, the anxiety sucks. I hadn't had any previous losses, but I was still a mess for most of the first trimester. I'm glad you have weekly ultrasounds at least.
swiftlyirun, I'm sorry about your dog, and I hope your DH's grandmother has a quick recovery.
G22, I'm annoyed that someone got judgey over jumping. Seriously, jumping? People are crazy about pregnancy restrictions. Anyway, enjoy your shower tomorrow!
loira!!! Amazing news! I'm so, so happy to hear this!
Sounds like a rough week swiftlyirun. I know you're looking forward to the NT scan! Can't wait to hear about it.
I'm just trucking along over here. I got my first stranger comment on Saturday, so I guess this is becoming pretty obvious. Hoping to feel movement sometime soon! Next ob appt is next week, then we're off to the Caribbean for a week!
We got out matetniT21 results this am. Negative for the stuff they test. So that makes me feel good. I am in VT so it is strange to get the news away from dw. I am secretly hoping that she found out the sex and is going to surprise me when I get home alas I am pretty sure that is not happening. But I am so excited about the test results. Yeah for healthy babies.
Sorry about your pup swiftlyirun. It's never easy losing a pet. Good luck at your NT!
cactuscookie, I know right? This lady was like "glad to see at least one of your feet on the ground. Gotta protect that precious cargo". Passive agressive judging at its finest. Whatever. lol one little hop for a picture isn't going to hurt anything, but thanks for trying to make me think I did something wrong.

Have I complained on this board yet about how someone told me not to lift things? Not even heavy things, just don't lift things. This was right after my lunch break, on when I'd gone home to lift weights. I was so irritated.
I swear people think pregnant woman should just sit in a protective bubble for 8 months. Except that you're not supposed to sit for too long at a time. Or stand for too long. Or lay in certain positions. Etc.

Ugh I'm so sorry about your dog. That's so hard. I hope your DH's Grandmom heals quickly.
Good luck with the nt scan!! I am calling my baby little bean, too
12 weeks this week I had a scan at the MFM this morning and kiddo was moving everywhere. S/he is an active one for sure. My NT scan is next week but the doc did a prelim scan today and said everything looks good. Baby A has shrunk quite a bit and doesn't seem to be impacting B, which is the best possible scenario. I think this may actually be happening.

That's annoying. It'd be impossible to never lift anything for 9 months.
Thankfully I've been lucky to not have much said regarding things like that to me. But it irritates me none the less.

I'm so sorry about your dog. I hope your H's grandma recovers well.
maryellen glad you had a great appointment! I have had 3 losses and a healthy DD but am still a ball of anxiety this pregnancy so lots of hugs to you. It's so hard!
ssg73 glad you got great news! And I'm laughing because your thinking of 'maybe she will surprise me with gender when I get home' is EXACTLY something I would hope DH would do and then get mad when he didn't. How long from draw to results did it take?
loira YAY!!!! I'm so happy you keep getting good news!! Hopefully this last result follows the trend!
swiftlyirun I'm so sorry about your dog and DH's grandmother. Thinking of you guys!
KB yay for a great appt!! Are you still feeling nauseous or has that subsided?
boiler717 is your a/s this week? Hoping it goes well!!
G22 people are crazy I didn't see the picture but I'm pretty sure you wouldn't do anything crazy! Your move is so close, exciting!!
cactuscookie the RE told me to avoid lifting things too and I was like "ah well I have a toddler sooooo not happening" and she told me "oh I forgot about that! You'll be fine then" Whatevs!
i'm 10w1d today! 1/4 through! Somehow I feel better being in double digits.
Our first OB appt is tomorrow so hopefully I can get info on doing Panorama/T21/Harmony. I feel like I'm getting a bit more energy with is nice. My naps have gone from 2 hours to 45 minutes!
My progesterone has been doing really well so my RE gave me the option of dropping PIO shots or Prometrium, and I chose the latter. I would rather do a shot every day than have to deal with Prometrium, that stuff is so gross!
We had the blood draw last Tuesday and they said 8-10 days. I assumed business days but it only took 7 calendar days I was not expecting results until Friday at the earliest so I was pleasantly surprised.
That is darling!! I like how you did the leg and it fits right in with the jumps! Once you have the baby and the diaper bag you will definitely feel like Mary Poppins!

G22, I saw that picture on instagram and didn't even notice that you weren't jumping!
ssg73, I specifically asked when we did the bloodwork if it was 7-10 business days or real days. I was so happy when it was actual days. We got the results exactly a week later.
10.5 weeks and going strong! Count down to 12 weeks (and another small sigh of relief) is on. My OB recommended we don't do the chromosome blood tests since we did PGS with our IVF. Looks like our next big "test" will be the anatomy scan.
In other news, I can definitely tell my belly is bloated. It looks bigger than normal. When I asked DH for confirmation he refused to comment saying it seemed like a bad question to answer. Lol. Smart guy.
I'm 8w1d today. I told the general staff work today. Several of the ladies are super excited for us. I had a great appointment last Friday and even took a quick video of the heartbeat to show DD. She loved it. The vanishing twin wasn't even recognizable. Dr said I might have some brown spotting but I was fine as long as I didn't have any cramping to go along with it. I go back this Friday to make sure it's all gone. Soon I'll be released from the RE and seeing a regular OB.

I had an appointment today and the babies are doing well! Baby A is definitely a boy, and Baby B was shy. Their measurements and heartbeats were good, and I got a ton of blood drawn but the nurse was good and quick. In two weeks I go back to both the OB and the perinatologist; hopefully Baby A will allow us to confirm her(?) sex then.
I just posted an announcement photo on Facebook and it's like my birthday -- I keep going back to check for new likes and comments.
Trying for #3; FET 8/18 -- BFN. Leaving things up to chance for now... After three years, three IVFs, and two FETs, we finally have our miracle babIES!
