Has anyone had issues with Up and Up diapers causing diaper rash? We were using Pampers, but I got a pack of Up and Up from Target to try out. She's been in them for 2 days and now has bumps on her bum. She's never had an issue before. Could it be the diapers?

Yes, this happened to us. I switched from Pampers at around 10 months and things were fine for a few weeks and then the rash from hell happened. None of the standard fixes helped and neither did prescription ointment. Tried Pampers again and the rash was gone. I wish Up and Up worked great since they're cheaper.
Try a different brand. DS could wear our grocery store brand diapers a few times, but more than a couple days and he's start to get a rash. He NEVER gets a rash except when he's teething.

Oh poor baby! Any advice on how to get deals on Pampers? Is Amazon the best price?

I've generally gone through Diapers.com. They usually have coupons for diapers.

Amazon seems to be higher. I would say watch for sales. I got a great deal on pampers at target this weekend. $5 coupon in the paper and then $10 gift card back with two boxes and 5% off on cartwheel plus it was our tax free weekend. I heard stores like cvs/walgreens you can get good deals too with how they run their sales and promos.
I would say just like everything we buy, learn the sale cycles and stock up. Know what price you want to pay and buy when you find it. Our grocery store had a decent promo last week with sale plus fuel perks and there is always an electronic pampers coupon that can be loaded to the loyalty card from the stores app.

My DD has a reaction to the ink in some diapers, especially as she got older, and they have characters and such. I would try another brand. We had good luck with Up &Up, but better luck with Public and walmart. I have never had a problem returning a store brand that caused a rash BTW... Most are guaranteed to be satisfactory, so as long as you haven't used most of the pack and have the receipt, you can return them, if they don't work.
