I used to LOVE milk in my coffee. My biggest aha! during Whole30 is that I love black coffee IF its a good coffee. I order my beans from a cool place in Kansas City (where I used to live) that uses Swiss Brew method for their decaf. I mix my own half-caf and they are roasted with hazelnut and cinnamon...delicious. Maybe you could try switching up your coffee?
Canned coconut milk OR some coconut oil blended with a hand blender. Surprisingly the coconut oil gets the coffee light with a nice froth on top. Good luck - coffee was the biggest thing for me and it ended up being delicious.
