Hi! I am a fairly new poster but have a feeling you will be seeing more of me. My husband & I are planning to do Whole30 for September. I've been reading some old posts here and doing research online. I am nervous but really need a sugar detox, plus would like to lose some weight. Hope you don't mind some questions!
What did you find to be the most difficult aspect?
What did you find to be the most difficult aspect? Usually people say that it's the overwhelming amount of prep work required. But it does get easier and more routine!
Any tricks or hints to make it easier? Spend time on the weekends chopping and prepping for the week so that when you get busy, you'll have things at least partially done.
How can I learn to stop snacking? Eat enough at meals that you're not hungry. If you are hungry between meals, don't starve yourself but think about your "snack" differently. Think of it as a small meal that requires protein, fat, and vegetables.
