Iced Coffee

Iced coffee is one of my favorite things in the world!

I have made it with a Keurig by changing the cup size to 4 oz (smallest setting) and brewing directly over ice. I usually use something pretty strong (I like Jet Fuel kcups), but Newman's organic works fine too.

Recently I got an Aeropress, and I love it!  I've just been using Café Bustelo and 6oz of water from the Keurig to brew then pouring over ice.  SO GOOD.

Just milk usually.

That is a good point, and it's one less thing to do in the morning!

Yum!  I drink one iced coffee a day this time of year.

I put 1c ground coffee and 3c cold water in a pitcher and let it sit in the fridge overnight. Strain and pour over ice, then add 2c more water. I drink it black or with a little milk.
