I am not surprised that a bunch of our stuff was damaged in the move. I will be filing a claim with our coordinator on Monday. What I am most upset about is that our PS4 has gone missing I have unpacked every box that the movers packed and it is nowhere to be found. Has anybody has experience filing a claim with movers. I do not have my hopes up that we will get much.
Any chance you have the serial # or Mac address? I know that Microsoft will work with law enforcement to track down stolen consoles if someone connects them to the network. At the very least call Sony USA customer service and see if they can help you out.
Your H might be able to log into the ps4 website and get some amount of history, I think I was able to find my console ID that way. And delete payment instrument info, unless you want to leave that there as a honeypot (they'd only be able to use it to buy games/DLC, maybe Sony can flag that if they can't just flag logins)

I grew up with my dad's military moves. We had one move I remember them filing a claim on. A table leg was snapped off and a box of tools went "missing." They were reimbursed for the losses.
Good luck. I hope it isn't too much of a headache.
Did you pack or did they pack? If they packed, they should have written down the serial numbers of all of your high-value items (TVs, DVD players, game consoles) and put a special seal on the and listed them separately on the inventory sheet.
If you packed everything, then you should be missing a box number from the inventory. Or do you think they opened a box and removed it?
