We cook things to get 2-3 dinners out of them, so this week it's braised roast with veggies, homemade cheese and mushroom ravioli, and pasta primavera with chicken sausage.

What time is dinner?
Whenever my husband finishes cooking
That's the best part, I only have to cook dough-centric pieces and veggies. He does all the meat and the hard parts, because I think meat is gross. That was our agreement, you want to eat meat, you cook it yourself. Also because I once baked a frozen pizza with the cardboard on, and once made pasta carbonara that turned into pasta with scrambled eggs. I have a long history of messing up meals.
We had chicken souvlaki skewers last night that were really tasty. They came pre-marinated from Met Market but seemed pretty simple so I want to try making them myself next time.
Otherwise, dinners will be pretty boring this week. Lots of chicken and veggies. It's a busy week and I don't have time to be creative.
We just had leftover chicken tortilla soup. The Pioneer Woman recipe. Omg is it good. Tomorrow we are having pork chops with Brussel sprouts cooked with pancetta and wine. Later this week we will have baked potatoes stuffed with broccoli with cheese sauce.
Our meal plan is long. Tacos w/ rice Hamburgers Ribs Hot dogs w/ Mac and cheese One dish creamy ranch chicken bake with potatoes and carrots Meatball subs Spaghetti Biscuit and gravy casserole Salsa ranch chicken burrito bowl
