For some reason I love this show, but why I watch before bed is beyond me, because I'm always hungry after, lol.
Not really feeling Waffle Love, and has Adam always had the wonky eye?? And I'm not really liking the Curry truck, not sure why, just don't care for them.
I don't understand how that Waffle Truck does so well.
IKR. Apparently when the cameras are focused elsewhere that's when all the people buy from their truck, lol. They stuck a chocolate stick into a waffle and sold that shit as a chocolate waffle, hahahah

They made like 4k each episode, is it because they are able to get their food out so quickly?

I think it has too be the reason. In the first eps they went to church before hitting the road and didn't they win that challenge?

I JUST noticed that this week. It looked pretty bad. And not, like, an accident, an actual droopy eye problem.
I'm excited about Santa Fe. Every single freaking restaurant in Santa Fe is AMAZING, so I feel like rando food trucks will be a hard sell. But I also think the challenge will have to do with hatch chiles. And I think the burger guys will have that wrapped up. Maybe Spice it Up.

They didn't win that challenge, and Tyler called them out this week for sucking at the challenges, but they still make a ton of money. I guess waffles are cheap to make, but the profit margins are high? They CAN make a ton of waffle dough in advance and then just slap them on the iron when people order - and then just throw the nutella and strawberries on top. It's much less work than, say, grilling burgers.

Ahh, cheaper ingredients, for some reason that hadn't occurred to me, duh.
I was waiting for an someone to break out an eye patch, hehe

I've never heard of this show but I'll comment about Waffle Love anyway since they operate a truck around where I live sometimes. They make really amazing waffles and make them super fast, and now I want one. or two. (hot)
