We are back from Jamaica and it was the best trip!  I actually did not look at my phone (or email) the entire time and I haven't done that in years!  It was super relaxing and we had a great time.  I did yoga classes on the beach, meditated, ate some great food, and had a grand old time.

Welcome back!

My weekend was amazing. The huge float was a blast. We had trouble paddling it out of a cove, against the breeze, but 2 of the girls got out and kicked and we moved right along. I sat there drinking feeling like a Pond Princess. We then docked up onto this old dock and hung out in the sun for a couple hours. The owner of the house came down and we chatted for a few. But he was also a little weird so we left shortly after. The rest of the time spent with the girls was equally amazing and I am truly blessed to have such close friendships with these girls I've known since I was in Elementary School, Middle School and High School. And, considering I graduated HS 20 years ago...
