Interesting...my mom grew up in Buffalo, NY and I currently live in SoCal (hi neighbor!). I'm from Arkansas.

My husband actually applied for a job in Arkansas a few months ago (northwest). Didn't pan out, but I wasn't entirely opposed!

I've lived here for 9 years (did a college internship here and stayed). My husband is from Boston and eventually we'd like to maybe move to New England or somewhere else on the east coast, but SoCal is pretty cool. There are good things and bad things, like anywhere. We both like that there are tons of events and outdoor things to do all year round! For a major city, LA is super close to nature (Santa Monica mountains, the beaches, tons of national parks within a few hours).

NW Arkansas is where i grew up. Seriously bizarre! It's a great place, and I loved it while I was there. I like SoCal, but we are ready to move. We are looking at Oregon or Washington.
