I started going to the gym for the first time at the beginning of May and have been working with a trainer. I had been doing a good job of going 2-3 times of a week but kind of fell off the wagon the past three weeks. Today we redid some assessments and I went from being able to do a 45 second plank to 2 minutes and from 5 push ups to 16. Go me!
