I might be the last person on Earth to find this, but you can put your emergency contact so it shows when in locked mode on your iPhone. I have always been scared thar if something happened to me no one would be able to contact my husband and my 2.5DD found it when she was playing in my phone.
It's under Health (heart), then is on the bottom right under Medical ID. You can also put allergies and other medical info there.

This is great, thanks. FYI, you can add if you are an organ donor and blood type too.
And I've had many cases of found phones where we couldn't figure out how to contact the owner. I know it's not an "emergency", but this would allow someone to call H if they found my phone.
I didn't know this either. I set mine up, and will have DH set his up tonight. I often wondered how my husband or parents would be contacted in an emergency since I lock my phone. Thanks!
Anyone know how to do something like that on a Samsung Galaxy?
You can add contacts to a group called "ICE - emergency". They'll then be accessible under the "emergency call" button. I just did it - thanks for the general reminder!
