Most indoor cycling bikes have SPD compatible pedals.
I would recommend getting sized at a local bike shop and then shopping around if you don't like their selection. The local shop that I send my clients to is great, except they tend to put the clip too far near the toes and it should (usually) be near the widest part of the foot in order to properly align with the pedal spindle.

No difference between bike shoes & spin shoes - they're the same shoe. You'll probably used SPDs wherever you go as that's most common.
And bike shoes are weird fitting compared to all other shoes. This is one place you can't just go online (until you've bought a pair and worn them for a bit and like them and that becomes your go-to shoe.)
I would go to your local bike shop and buy the shoes. It is like going to the running store to get fitted for running shoes. They can also help you set the cleats up properly so that you prevent issues like knee soreness
