Admittedly, I've not been eating as cleanly as I should. That, and some obvious water retention (hello, puffy fingers) and the scale has only budged 0.6 pounds. I need to stick more closely to MFP's limits, and increase my water and exercise.
I'm doing pretty good so far. I haven't been tracking bc I always regress when I quit tracking but so far it's been working. Just really watching my portion sizes and my snacking. This weekend will be hard with the holiday and being off my schedule. I do better when I have a packed lunch for work, etc.
I've actually been doing pretty well! I have stuck to all of my calories and lost a couple of pounds. I foresee a gain on Friday though as I am going to the state fair and will definitely be indulging (bucket of cookies, here I come!) Hoping all of the walking helps and I'm happy that the fair is falling towards the beginning of this rather than the end

I've lost a couple pounds, though I think it was mostly water weight because I've been making better food choices. But it was still nice to see numbers move! I've been using sparkpeople and runkeeper.
Pretty good. I'm struggling with "that time of the month" so I want to eat everything in sight but I have refrained. I had 1/2 of a cup of hot cocoa with a little cinnamon last night in place of dessert so that I could get a little treat. I'm down 1.8 pounds this week.
So far so good! I haven't really had sugar besides real fruit popcicles. I wish I could up it on the exercise but I've been taking on extra work at work in hopes of a promotion and that cuts into time for working out.
