I haven't really made big changes. I haven't given up caffeine or alcohol (because it would get ugly if I didn't have my morning coffee) but I have been eating healthier and exercising more regularly. I honestly would have done this though even if we weren't TTC. I also take Prenatals and have noticed that I don't get as sick as often as I used to.

-reduced my alcohol intake (I wasn't a huge drinker anyways) -medicine (prenatals, and some other supps) -trying to lose weight -temping/charting/OPKs -switching to PreSeed lube

i started taking prenatals the month before we started TTC...so i've been on those for 22 months.
i started taking a B vitamin when i was temping and noticed how short my LP was...so that's been like 15 months.
i started working out consistently in june while waiting for our IVF cycle, but i quit when i started stims. that's also when i cut out caffeine, alcohol and changed my diet to high protein/lower carbs.

I'm currently trying to lose weight, and I've cut back on alcohol because of it. I've also cut back to a cup of coffee every other day (okay, sometimes 5 days a week). Still trying to give up caffeine all together.
I'm also trying to avoid OTC meds during fertile week and 2ww.

You aren't trying to lose weight, you are losing weight! Didn't you post that you had lost 15 lbs or something? That is awesome!!

Up to 16 now. I also joined a transformer diet bet, which is 10% of your body weight in 6 months, I think. I have a good start! If I get pregnant in that time and can't do it, it's a win. If I don't, but I continue losing weight, it's a win!
