I don't have a specific program that I followed, but I did lift with a trainer until 39 weeks. Felt great! One of the authors of NROLFW has a great site. If you google "Cassandra Forsythe fit pregnancy interviews," there is a lot of good info. I think she even has some posts specific to NROLFW and pregnancy. Good luck!
You're totally fine to continue whatever lifting you were doing pre-pregnancy during pregnancy. I still CrossFit like normal, I just use common sense--I lift heavy, but I don't attempt any new PRs; I avoid doing things that pose a risk of falling; and I physically can't do sit-ups anymore. But other than that, it's largely the same--I'm just slower than I was before.
