I never really had PMS before getting pregnant - maybe cramps or slight bloating. After having DS though? I get hyper emotional. Today on my way to daycare I started crying because I saw kids getting off a school bus and walking home with their big backpacks. Like, who the fuck am I? I don't get sappy over that. Or I'll find something really minor and blow it up into something major, which is also not normal for my personality.
Has anyone else noticed a shift like this? Is this just hormonal? I've had my period back for the past 9 months but the crying/easy frustration thing has been going on for the past 2-3.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one. I never had mood issues pre pregnancy. Now, I get seriously pissed at something (usually H) pretty much every month.
Someone suggested I take Evening Primrose Oil when I had this issue after having DD. It's hard to say whether it worked, though, because shortly after I started taking it, a whole lot of things changed at once- better childcare arrangement, started going to therapy and other things.
YES. I always had PMS a bit but some months since having DD it is insane. I am like a crazy person. Some months I don't have PMS or any symptoms at all, it's very weird.
