What are your favorite work-friendly WW lunches & snacks?
I did weight watchers a couple summers ago and just started up again. I have realized the way I end up allocating points is to use most at dinner, but then since I'm also on a pretty tight food budget I bring the leftovers to work for lunch...doesn't work out so well with my total points if both lunch & dinner are on the higher end of points!
I'm not on WW, but for lunch I'll do turkey and cheese wraps with a small serving of popcorn and then an apple a couple hours later. Or some trail mix.
I'm like you and tend to eat more at dinner, so small meals at work helps me stay full, but leave enough calories for end of day.
Plain Greek yogurt with frozen berries - 6 oz of 2% Fage is 3 points. You can add granola if you want.
Sargento has little snack cups out called "perfect portions" (I think) that are either cashews or almonds with dried cranberries/cherries and cheese. 5 points

For fall and winter I make low point veggie laden soups. I make a big batch on the weekend and then eat it through the week for lunch. There's enough variety that I can try new recipes each week and don't burn out.

Any recipes to share. I was looking up soup recipes the other day and was surprised by some of the point values.

I forget the points for this one from Alton Brown, I think it's 7-8. He uses a lot of oil and 2 cans of beans, which are what drive the points up. However, this soup is incredibly filling, and I have trouble not defending this as a pretty well rounded lunch. DD2 is obsessed with this soup.
I really like a chicken tortilla soup from The Fresh 20. It's 4 pts (about 1 cup serving size) and then you control adding cheese and tortilla strips. PM me if you want me to email the week to you. hermione
Turkey sandwich on whole wheat load with veggies. Then maybe a small portion of baked chips and fruit. Hummus, pizza, carrots, fruit yogurt, pretzels, fruit and veggies Squash soup (I prefer butternut but you can use a wide variety of squash), 1/2 roll, fruit Homemade salad (I usually pick one protein and add avocado for the natural fat everything else is free or 1 point except the dressing) If just a salad isn't enough I'd consider adding something like melba toast and cheese to the side
Not on WW, but tracking calories. If I bring leftovers, I scale the portion. I try to have about ~300 calories at lunch and ~200 calories in snacks. Typically, snacks are a greek yogurt and a piece of fruit. Lunch is a small portion of leftovers, a mason jar salad, or a bento-box style mish mash (small portion of carbs, small portion of eggs/meat, large portion of fruit/veg).
