Anyone on the WC board? I was a member until this week. I had trouble logging in, then was required to recreate my account (I was an active poster), and just received a message that my new account request was denied because I wasn't personally referred by a member. WTF? There is no way to contact an admin without being a member. Any ideas what to do at this point?

I got the same thing! I tried to join a few days ago and got the same email. There was a link to the site on TN.

Yeah, very weird. I had been pretty active there doing blog updates. I stopped for a few weeks when we moved & then got the weird log in issues. I guess they want it to be more of a private club. Very disappointing.

Were you both using the same name on there as on here? I can pass it along to the admins to see what is going on.

Yes, same name. It was also my user name on TN for like 5 years.

It might have kicked you out if you didn't post in a month. Thats the only requirement, one post per month to stay active. I think the mods can override it if you let them know ahead of time. Either way, I posted over there with both of your names so the mods can figure out what happened.
