I cleaned the living room. Rearranged the couches.
Dad's coming over for dinner, so I need to get the jerk chicken going soonish. Also have to process more tomatoes into sauce and then make trays of eggplant parmesan.

How's your mom?
Doing better. Thanks for asking. I spent most of Friday afternoon with her. Bruising is yellowing, she has some fluid build up in her arm from lack of use. She's in an immobilizer for hey knee until he ortho consult.
The most annoying thing for her right now is this bloody nose she's had. I furs they have her too much oxygen and that dried her nasal passages out. She's in blood thinners that they had to take her off of to get it controlled. It flared up again when I was there when they were doing PT.
I have successfully avoided homework all weekend. It's not even like what I have due this week is even taxing. I just don't wanna do it. If I don't get it done tonight, I'm going to be kicking myself later.

I had a fabulous evening st at a local festival, basically a carnival/oktoberfest. The best saurkraut I've ever had.
Then I returned to the train/bus station and realized the various ted cross tailors and tents were for syrian refugees stranded here after asked austria to discontinue certain trains.

H is cleaning his office and is acting like the first person to ever clean that room. H may be correct as I have refused to set foot in that shithole since he started throwing tissues on the floor 10 years ago.
I actually get to get medical attention vs treating myself. Thanks, Obama! (Yes, I know what DIYing UTI treatments isn't the smartest thing I've done but now I don't have to roll the dice.) And, I can go in for a skin check.

So we happened upon the Folsom Street Fair while in SF. Something felt just a little *extra* SF, but round about the dude with the chick wearing a chain and collar I thought there might be a special event.
