Not c&p'ing because you should see the pictures of what they do triumphantly did to her. Extra fun: they said that if any violence happens to her as a result, it is her own fault.
Warning: top has pic of protestors with nasty sign. Scroll down quickly if that upsets you.

Thank god for people like this woman. I had read that book mentioned here a few months ago titled something like "Living in the Crosshairs" about anti-choice protesters who turn violent against people working at women's health clinics that offer abortions. It is downright disgusting and scary.
I have thought many times about volunteering to do something like this woman does with escorting people to and from a clinic. And then I get scared and decide not to do it for all the reasons listed in this article and that book. I feel kind of ashamed to say that because we NEED people who are willing to do this. And maybe I still will at some point. But it is terrifying to think people might physically harm me or someone in my family because of trying to help other people.
Does she have any legal recourse? Libel? Stalking? Restraining order?
No. Stalking in their state is defined by "no legal purpose" for doing the stalking behaviors. The stalkers would claim to have a legal purpose. And the purpose must be to terrify or abuse the victim. They would argue that their purpose is political and religious, not to terrorize. Libel is trickier.

I've been an escort. Yes, it's a risk. But it's one I personally am willing to take.
Thankfully, so far, the worst experience I had was picking up my own bc at a clinic that didn't even do abortions. And my dog was in the car with me going apeshit against the nut job protester

We're quickly creeping towards a society taht allows ideological and religious based terror and abuse... we're slipping down that slope
