My grocery store had 'limited edition' All Dressed Ruffles potato chips. The only reason they registered on my radar at all is because of all the Canadians on here who have mentioned the flavor in previous threads.
I told MIL today she could watch DD for a bit sometime. She's never watched her and honestly, I don't trust her but I feel like I need to try. She's made an effort and as long as it was the middle of the day and no bed time situation I think I might could do okay with it. But the other part of me is like 'WTF are you thinking?! She's terrible!"

We spent the day at the beach. I had DD in complete fucking shade the whole time, I wore her a lot of the time, and with a sun hat on and she got a little pink/red. I feel terrible. She seems fine but I feel like I suck.
She has her two month appointment this week and I can already feel the judgement from the pedi. As if I don't feel bad enough.

Lather her up with Cetaphil (or your baby moisturizer of choice) at every opportunity, and I bet she'll be fine before the appt.

Was she still pink a couple hours after you left? My skin gets totally flushed when I'm in the sun and people are constantly telling me I need to apply sunscreen, even though I'm already slathered. Same thing happens to DS. Could be that she's just hot. I know people judge us all the time even though I am taking proper precautions.
She has distinct lines hours later. I felt awful when we came inside. We didn't see it at all outside.
OMG DD will not go to bed. She was out with my husband all afternoon slept on the 1.5 hour ride back up to pick me up. Once we got home, she is refusing to go to sleep. Lately my formerly good fall-asleeper has been a bear at bed time, and not the cute cuddly kind. Screams when I put her in bed. I stayed in the room and sang her to sleep and she settled down and I could hear she had passed out. So I got up to sneak out of the room and it's been a disaster ever since. I got her and spent another 20 minutes holding her, gently transferring her, patting her, etc. and as soon as I snuck out, she realized again I was gone and screamed for the last 10 minutes. We just heard her thud and fall down on her mattress and now she is softly sobbing herself back to sleep.
Her good falling asleep skills were awesome while it lasted.

And of course I picked up a bag!
I need to know how these are.
They remind me of a mild salt & vinegar chip with a twist of barbecue flavor. I like them, but Cheetos are still my #1.

J is so sick again. Well, he never got healthy actually. We are on week 5 of coughing, runny nose, random fevers, etc. During this time, he has been diagnosed with 2 ear infections. Tonight, he started coughing again really badly in his sleep. He started crying so I picked him up to rock him and he started shaking uncontrollably while sleeping. I yelled for DH and we gave Motrin (he has a 101 fever) and called the nurse line for the shaking. She thinks it was probably due to the coughing fit and told us to keep an eye on him during the night. DH is currently holding him so he can sleep. It's going to be a long night for everyone.
On top of that, I have a huge project going live on Thursday and absolutely cannot miss a second of work this week. As it is, I'm going to be working some late hours. DH can probably miss one day if J can't go to daycare but that's it. I have absolutely no idea what we will do.
I'm a broken record lately but why oh why can't my kid stay healthy? Especially this week!
Just got home from tailgating at my undergrads homecoming. DD was a hit and baby girl did really well though she did melt down on the way home trying to poop.
I am obsessing over her green poop. It's been bright green for a few days, up until then it was normal yellow. She's four weeks. I'm worried about too much foremilk but also about dairy intolerance. DD was mspi but we figured it was because she was a preemie because there's no family history. Ugh.
Green can be normal. The imbalance issue is very rare.
We had a nice party at my sister's house. She got ice cream cake which I loved. I'm so embarrassed because Ben tried to carry his plate with him from the table to go play and eat at the same time.
Put Ethan to bed at 8 and he slept til 3:30. Now I'm pumping.

I'm up feeling DD after a nice almost 3.5 hour stretch of sleep for both of us. Hoping for another semi decent stretch so I feel pretty well rested tomorrow for church.
L was a crank monster this afternoon/evening thanks to his only 40 minute nap in a 14 hour day. He was out by 6:30 and I hope he stays that way until "morning". I'm going to really try to get to bed at a decent time tonight. H is working and there is nothing that I really need to do. If I'm still here at 9:00, kick me out!
Are you sleeping?
I was in bed with lights out at 9:30. L woke up at 5:11 so nearly 8 hours of sleep!

My Dd had green poop a lot as a newborn. Sometimes it was just bubbles coming out of her bum, so frothy. One time the pedi said she had a stomach bug and to just breastfeed her a lot and the other times she said it was just one of those things. She had no intolerances and it went away in the end but I remember how stressful it was. I spent a lot of time obsessing about foremilk and mspi etc. hopefully it passes soon for you!

I feel your pain. L is an early riser too. Today she slept over at the inlaws. I slept in until 830 and I was confused to wake up to the light. It's normally dark out I just try to make myself sleep early.
Welcome to the dark side! I LOVE my sienna. What did you get?
I got a 2015 Sienna SE. I'm annoyed at DH because I let him convince me I didn't need a smart key even though I prefer it. I got black interior and exterior which is probably going to look filthy most the time but it looks faaanncy right now while it's clean! Lol
I had a Smart Key with my 2007 Prius, and a regular fob with my new-to-me 2012 Sienna. I got used to the change pretty fast. I have to have the key fob out to open the doors remotely anyway KWIM. Mine is white exterior with grey interior and yeah it's filthy looking unfortunately. But I had to compromise on color to get the features I wanted in our price range. I hope you like yours! I LOVE MINE.
