Not the RPL panel since I have to wait on that, but the products of conception testing. It was completely normal. I'm pretty devastated. We opted not to find out the sex. I'll have a follow up appt with the RE in two weeks to go over everything. It really hurts to think about "wasting" a perfectly good embryo, possibly more. We had limited chances to get pregnant anyway with doing FETs and we're not doing a fresh cycle again.

I'm so sorry. It's hard not to have answers. Adding IF to that, I can't imagine.
We had 3 losses and tested 2, nothing abnormal was found. My RPL tests also came back normal but I had a short luteal phase which may have been a contributing factor (although uncommon).

Sorry Was the advice to just keep trying or did your doctor have you try something new? I had DS via IVF but I had no other losses before him so I don't know what could have changed. I guess I'll find out if anything, but I don't what they'll want to try if my testing comes back normal.
I'm sorry. I had two failed FETs with totally normal embryos, and it sucked ass. My RPL testing didn't show anything, but I ended up having an endometrial biopsy and that revealed an infection. I got pregnant the cycle after it was treated. A long shot, but maybe worth asking about?
I remember you saying that about the normal embryos. I'll ask about the endometrial biopsy.

I took medication to lengthen my luteal phase. Mostly B vitamins (I don't remember off the top of my head which ones). My phase lengthened from 8-11 days to 10-13 days after 3 months. Our next pregnancy was successful (DS). Our doctor was on the "it's bad luck" train, but let's try what we can.
DD1 was adopted. DD2 was after mm/c #1 and we just tried again. Then loss #2 and #3. Then DS.

I'm sorry for you loss, and to not have an answer is even more heartbreaking. I agree about asking for endometrial biopsy/scratch and adding intralipid/IVIG to your protocol. Were you taking aspirin?

I wasn't taking aspirin, but the nurse had mentioned it being a possibility next time. I know some centers have it as part of their standard protocol, same with steroids.

It was standard at my IVF RE but not at my first RE. I think it's one of those things we don't know for sure about! I think it would be worth asking about adding so it's good they have already mentioned. I hope this next one is a sticky baby!!

My RE added baby aspirin between cycles. I can't remember if it was 1 & 2 or 2 & 3. Kind of a "can't hurt" thing. I also did a slightly different protocol for my last FET, so that's something worth asking about.
I did steroids every transfer.
Did you do a natural cycle the last time or am I thinking of someone else? I really don't want to do Lupron again.
I'm so sorry you didn't get more info. My losses have all been natural so we don't know if they were normal or not. I did start taking baby aspirin after the first 2 and had DD after adding in baby aspirin per the RE. My RPL panel also gave some insight that the RE handled with DD and with my current pregnancy. Big hugs, I hope you're able to get some answers and a healthy pregnancy soon.
