Vent

Gaaaah! My kids are driving me nuts. Oldest one is crying about everything, whining like he's being paid to stab me in the ear drums and talking incessantly when he's not crying or whining.

Middle one is pissing off, playing tricks on, annoying oldest one which leads to all of the above listed behavior. Not listening to a word I say being defiant and just plain jerkish in general.

Baby girl is... well... not being a pain. Thank you, Jesus. That being said when the boys are on a good streak the girl is a holy terror that the two of them could never match.

B's been gone for approx 20 weeks with weekends off here and there and deployment looming. Kids are off the chain - Mommy is losing her mind/patience.

Oh and the lawn mower broke and Princess pooped in my running shoe.

Whew Hooo!


ps Yes, I know that all of the above listed behavior is situational and they are missing Daddy and I just got back from being gone so they are testing boundaries/adjusting. I am NOT angry with my children, but I don't like bitching about my kids on FB. I love them, they are gifts to be cherished but right now I cherish them better with a cocktail in one hand. need --- adult --- conversation school starts monday school starts monday school starts monday

so thirty seconds after I post the vent I catch the oldest one doing a Sebastian dance to little mermaid for his baby sister...

and the middle one is shaking his "sexy and you know it" as the back up dancer.

its the little things that big brothers do.

Goodness, woman. You need a break. I wish you weren't so far away. I'd tell you to bring them down and come hang out with us. A yard fire, girl time and a bottle of Jack could do us both some good.

Today was MUCH better. Got about 75% of the house clean, supposed to see B this weekend (at least Saturday). Oldest's bday is tomorrow. Kids start school on Monday.
