Highs:
Having Sunday off!  I have worked for 15 days straight and it was so nice to sleep in and not have to wake up at 4am and drive for 3 hours.


Lows:
It was over too quickly!  Also, we saw Dave Chappelle last night and while he was hilarious, he was on stage for like less than 40 minutes.  Lame.


Best thing you ate: I made an apple bread/cake yesterday and it was so good!

Getting a lot of stuff done on the house (we can now fit a car in the garage!!!)


Lows:
It was hard going to sleep last night, making it extra hard to get up this morning


Best thing you ate: Chicken fettuccine alfredo with broccoli

Highs: the scenery at the winery was nice

Lows: the overall cost of the weekend. Like I could have gone to Vegas for the same price.

Best thing you ate: Nothing memorable. It was your typical wedding fare. I did have a delicious Sangria though! I had a lot of that!

Highs: DD's baptism was nice, DH was home

Lows: my mom and I had a spat that made me pissy and I had to see her twice this weekend

Best thing you ate: my MIL's lamb burgers

Highs: Had a great time at the aerial cabaret and my friend's birthday party. Also slept a lot!

Lows: The weather was really gross.

Food: Our neighbor made leg of lamb on the rotisserie and it was amazing.

put on my jeans that are supposed to be my slouchy jeans... not so slouchy.


Best thing you ate: beef fajita enchiladas (perhaps backing off of these would help cure the weekend's low)

Highs: The wedding in Rio was great! I made new friends, had a ton of fun, got in some beach time and was just so happy I decided to go.

Lows: the weather Sunday was really rainy, so we didn't make it up to see Christ the Redeemer. Also, I'm pretty sure American Airlines gave me food poisoning because I spent all of yesterday in my bathroom.

Best food: Saturday night we went to a churrascaria in Copacabana and it was AWESOME.
