When I went to the restroom this morning I had started spotting. Brownish and some bright red. No cramping at the moment but I had a lot of cramping yesterday (but no spotting). I had to send a message to my RE through the patient portal online. No idea if she's going to want me to come in or not.
I am so scared. And I'm at work trying to hold my shit together.
UPDATE: So it looks like I have a small SCH. But everything looked pretty good. We even got to see the little heartbeat, which was amazing. I am measuring 6w4d when I should be 6w6d, but baby grew from Monday by almost half. She wants me to take it easy and try to stay off my feet if I can. I can breathe for a little bit for now.
I'm sorry. Spotting is quite normal but is still really scary. Quite a few of us have had early spotting, and some of us (me and boiler717 I think) had spotting in weeks 10-13 as well.

I'm so sorry. I hope the RE gets you in right away to check on what's happening. I know it's scary regardless, but so many people have spotting in early pregnancy. Hopefully it's nothing.
Heard back from my nurse. They want me to go home and rest, hydrate and I go in for an u/s tomorrow morning. Luckily DH will be back tonight and he'll be able to go with me. She also mentioned that 85% of pregnant patients on endometrin usually have some sort of bleeding.

I'm sorry you're going through this. If it'll make you feel better, pop over to the "Then Comes Family" PGAIF board (I can't remember it's exact name); they have a sticky post that's a poll of how many women experienced spotting. IIRC, it is definitely the majority.
Trying for #3; FET 8/18 -- BFN. Leaving things up to chance for now... After three years, three IVFs, and two FETs, we finally have our miracle babIES!
Love of my life baby boy born 11/11. One and done not by choice; 3 years of TTC yielded 4 MMC and 2 CPs, through 4 IUIs and 2 IVFs. Focusing on making the world a better place instead...and running.
I'm sorry. I know it's super scary. I had several spotting/bleeding episodes between 5-8 weeks. Mine turned out to be a small subchorionic bleed. My RE called me after the ultrasound and reassured me that something like 25-30% of pregnancies have bleeding and turn out fine. That's a lot! And sometimes it's a SCH or an irritated cervix or sometimes the cause remains unknown. I'm glad they're getting you in tomorrow. Take it easy tonight. FX for a good update!
Thanks ladies. The spotting seems to have tapered off and I haven't had any real cramping, so I'm really hoping that its nothing. My u/s is first thing in the morning, so at least I'm not going to be waiting all day for it.
