For fun... Was discussing this with someone today. Can be anything, but only one item. Some examples to kick it off, but not limited to: Spending Sex Coffee Food Booze
Hmmm, as in "I am not budget-minded about this and need it to live" or "I am willing to do anything shady just to get this" and/or "this is such a huge vice that I am embarrassed and need to hide the evidence from friends/family/DH/whomever"?
I like all of the things on your example list, however, and I am not sure how I would rank them. But there are definitely some things I feel worse about and others that cause me no guilt.

We didn't go that deep-lol! The think you are least willing to give up that you know is not great for you/budget drain/time drain, etc.
teatimefor2, well, sex and coffee are not exactly budget drains. We tend to buy higher-end beans, but grind and brew them at home, and on the sex front, I actually come out ahead because I exchange favors with DH when in reality, I would have had sex with him anyway because I enjoy it.
So, I guess food. I could, and do, spend lots of money and time on food/cooking/eating.
Clothes/makeup. I like them and they make me happy. Coffee. I go in streaks with booze. Won't touch it for weeks then it's a beer every night for a month.
