Last week weight? Up/Down/Static? Down 0.8 which was less than I hoped but better than nothing. Total weight lost? Since starting WW in January, 25 pounds. Successes? I do well with tracking on the app. Challenges? Still haven't done any physical activity. Tips/tricks to share? I like playing around with the tracker to see how much of something I can have before it goes up in points. I used to only use one tbsp of hummus for 1 point but recently discovered that 2 tbsps is also 1 point!
Last week weight? Up/Down/Static? -4 (I nearly chocked when I saw it) Total weight lost? -29 Successes? Two big weight loss weeks so I am happy. I don't expect to lose this week. Challenges? My challenge is that I did not get to work out as much as I usually do. Getting the house ready for birthday party guests kept me away from the gym. It was a stressful week. I can't wait to go back to my regular schedule. Tips/tricks to share? Nothing to share this week.
Last week? Okay. DH was out of town so I had a little dessert every night. Other than that I did good. I went through all my points for the first time, including exercise points.

I have really gotten by breakfasts under control and have a set that I am enjoying.
Last week weight? Up/Down/Static? - Down -0.4lbs Total weight lost? Down 2.8lbs...19% of my goal! Successes? Done well with eating a good lunch and having relatively healthy breakfasts Challenges? Since DS is on a high-calorie diet, and DH isn't dieting, dinner planning is TOUGH. I still have to make them dinner, even when I'm not that hungry and Ifeel wasteful for not eating very much. I need to do things like eat mostly salad, and just a little bit of what I prepare rather than eating a normal portion of what I prep. Tips/tricks to share? Pre-making breakfasts, like Omelet Muffin Cups really helps...no brainer for breakfast, and keeps me full until lunch with low points.

My first week went really well!
Last week weight? Up/Down/Static? Down 2.5 pounds! Total weight lost? Since I started WW, just the 2.5 pounds but I had previously lost 40 pounds from my final pregnancy weight. Successes? Tracking my points has been a lot easier than I thought it would be and the app has been great! Challenges? Still trying to make sure I eat enough points at breakfast and lunch so I'm not hungry too soon after. Tips/tricks to share? I've eating an apple or a handful of grapes first when I am hungry and want a snack before eating something else that uses points and that's been helping...plus the fruit helps with my sweet tooth!
