I have slept like sh!t for the past few weeks thanks to a snoring husband. He used to only snore when he was sick or something, but now it is almost nightly.
I poke him, wake him up, make him turn over, etc. but I can't do that 5x a night because it really disrupts my much needed sleep.
Running a million errands and then h and I are going to play bocce and hit up a happy hour.
And OMG I can't stop buying running clothes! I discovered Old Navy's high rise compression pants and they are amazing.
I am no help with the snoring. I snore like crazy and my poor h is always shaking me and making me move. I do have to say that my snoring gets better when I sleep with 2 pillows instead of 1.
I just bought him a body pillow to help him sleep on his side. sigh....
I'm fucking SICK. And since it's already happened, I will say, I NEVER get sick! lol I don't even really know what to do. I'm taking Tylenol Severe cold & flu every four hours until bedtime and then taking Nyquil. I made my favorite soup last night (chicken & black bean) and just had some for lunch, so maybe that will help. haha

Maybe see a doctor? It could be a sinus infection or something. Feel better!

A doctor? Let's not go crazy here! hahaha
If I'm not better in a few days, I will call. Thanks!

A few?!! Gurrrrlll...I avoid doctors also, but I also hate suffering if they can diagnose me and drug me up.
I feel pretty good on the OTC meds, so it's not like I'm dying. lol I usually try to tough any minor things out without even OTC meds, so I feel like I've already made some kind of effort.
It's also that I have a derm appt for a mole/skin check Friday, and my annual Gyn exam on 10/26, so I'm not trying to see my PCP on top of that unless it's absolutely necessary.
MyName I'm sorry you're sick. I recently tried mucinex after hearing it's praises for a while. It worked. I hope you feel better soon!
Diito Mucinex, especially the "D" formula (that you have to talk to the pharmacist for), it usually knocks out anything I have after two or three doses.
My random...I am trying to figure out what to do with my hair. I want a change, but I can't decide on what to do, so I have been looking through pics and nothing is jumping out at me. :\

Sorry you got full-on sick, MyName! On Friday I was nauseous and had a fever all day and it was gone 24 hours later...? Weird.
I just saw on FB that a friend has started up a go fund me for a trip to LA and an appearance in some showcase to be an actress. No thanks, I'd rather support my high school classmate who just got diagnosed with cancer.
I'm so ready for this time next year. I will have been in my new position for 7 months, my car will be paid off, H will have gotten a pay increase, and we will [hopefully] be in (or almost in) a new home. Life doesn't suck now by any means, but I'm so ready to move!

Sit--I was overly friendly to a stranger at DD bc I thought from a distance he was your DH! I was all smiles and about to say HEY! when I realized it was not, in fact, your DH.

Any ideas?
Breath Right strips help my H's snoring quite a bit. He also has a mouth guard he got from the dentist to prevent teeth grinding which seems to lessen it too. When all else fails, I keep ear plugs next to my side of the bed.

I hope you are feeling better now, MyName!
Sitn, definitely see if he can get a mouth guard from the dentist (if he is willing to wear it at night), as I have heard it does help a lot. We got the sleep number bed and I do have to raise the H's side sometimes which knocks off his snoring, but sometimes he's face down and I can't really do that without messing up his alignment - in which case I shove him hard enough to wake him up to move, but not too hard that he gets pissed at me for it.
