Jillian kicks my ass, no matter if I did it yesterday or last year. I don't think I've ever done level 1 without some kind of modification. It's good for us, I promise.

This summer I started running. I started out with the couch to 5K program and the first week could barely do it (and it entails jogging for 60 seconds followed by 90 seconds of walking).
Now I am up to week 6 (I had to repeat a bunch of weeks - I started in June) and I am amazed at how much fitter I feel. I can now run for 20 minutes straight at 12 minute miles - and in June I could barely run a minute.

So keep it up!
That makes me feel better. I worked out like crazy before I got married last October. I was at my smallest size, and now I'm up 30 pounds. I hate how I "let myself go" so fast.
