Are the leaves still on the trees? I remember a snow and ice storm hiring in Buffalo when we were engaged. The weight of the snow and ice on top of the leaves on the trees took down a ton of trees around the city. It was a giant mess.

Phew! I hope it's not too much snow. 

He's rapidly becoming a blue jay fan; last week he did not know Toronto had a baseball team, lol  We live in Kansas, so now there is a huge family rivalry all set up, ha ha. 

They are calling for a potential dusting in toronto. Likely won't happen in the city. Maybe 1 hour north

They are saying lake effect here which can be bad sometimes. Totally not ready for it yet. Even last night the weather was brutal (it was blowing a gale).

The cold weather was late this year. We got married on October 13 eight years ago and all the leaves had changed. We're only getting yellow leaves right now.

I grew up in Buffalo, so flurries in October don't seem that weird. Of course, Buffalo is right next to Canada...

This weather is killing me. Today we have a brief respite and it's cloudy with a chance of rain and temps in the 70's. I'm hoping it lasts and that the predictions of being back in the 90's by next week are wrong.
